My family and I visited Texas a year ago. One of our stops was with family that lived near the Colony, Texas. The kids wanted to visit this big water park that was in the Colony, right off of the main highway- so we did. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE that was!
Our group had 10 people in it- most were children under 12 yrs old. From the time we got there, we were treated very rudely by the staff at the front gates. The "STAFF" at the front gates were teenagers that were talking on their cell phones and just "hanging out" and not working. They overcharged us for admission by the price of one child because they couldn't count. I caught this mistake as we were walking inside the park. I went back and they refused to REFUND our money!! At this point, I was a little confused about the way we being treated by the staff at this water park and wanted to speak with management.
I spoke with EVAN BARNETT, who identified himself as an "OWNER" of Hawaiian Falls Water park. He was very ignorant and rude to my husband and I. He said that he would look into the problem and then get back to me. I gave him my phone number and was awaiting his call before we left for the day. About 5:30 pm, we were about to leave. Still no phone call from EVAN BARNETT. I inquired at the front counter about our problem. The girl at the counter, very rudely stated that EVAN BARNETT had left for the day. There would be no refund she stated.
RUDE, IGNORANT PEOPLE. I looked into the background of this business because I knew there would be other complaints about them if they treaed us so HORRIBLY. Sure enough - there was. Do yourself a favor before doing busiess with this RIP OFF COMPANY- GOOGLE them and check out their HORRIBLE REVIEWS!
