Hawthorne Crossing False Advertisement Greensboro, North Carolina

To start off, there is a brochure and posted advertisement inside the office that state that the apartments come with a remote controlled ceiling fan. There was no ceiling fan nor connections for a ceiling fan in my leased apartment. Also, upon rental there has been a definite communication issue between management because the regional manager stated the rooms for rent looked like the brochure and showed a model that looked similar to the brochure but the rented room looked nothing of the such.

Another issue would be how the brochure states that along with the rental, gas, water, and sewage were included but in the leasing agreement it clearly states none of the following are included.
