If you have information about him, no matter what it is, please contact the planning and zoning commission in Jerome and/or the police department to report any criminal and fraudulent activity. Hailey has been married to 5 women and lived with and was engaged to other women during those marriages and he committed Bigamy in 2011-2012.
In 2005, he married me and then stole my personal information and used my credit card without my permission. He lied about his education, his employment (none) and his family relationships. He has threatened me and others. If you're considering being in a relationship with him, steer clear and run for your life.

He meets ladies on dating websites. He treats them like a queen.
He will tell you that he was beaten as a child, that is very untrue.
He will tell you that he is educated, and has many degrees, that is very untrue.
Once you start to trust him, he will then apply for credit cards in your name,
max them out. He will also take all of your saving. He will take your money
and use it for any women.
He is dangerous. He has raped and beaten a woman before.
And last but not least, please do not allow him to move in with you.

Kathryn how dare you put my name and
personal information on the internet, and how dare you say that the man I love
is running a scam out of my home. I dont know you or choose to know you as you
can see you have more than one alias so unless you are using them for illegal
activities you are free to go by any name you choose. I have to admit I put the
name Joseph on the firearms permit because I wanted to see if you or your gal
pals would respond and you did. Aimee Duncan had no right to reach out to you,
Good to know that it was inadmissible because you do not live here or own a
home. Because of your transgressions I am going to take legal action against
you.
For anyone reading this it takes two
parties in a relationship, lets start with 8 years ago Jay married you, you misrepresented
yourself as fit and healthy and a Christian, you weigh 250lbs and from this
site you are the furthest thing from a Christian. When he left you started your
attack, you sent adult materials to his church claiming he owned an adult
business, you had reported him as a rapist that the police were looking for and
had the department of justice investigate him all attacks were unfounded and
found as untrue and now you stated he stole your personal information and your
credit card again completely untrue, but you will get your chance in the near
future to prove these allegations. The next time I write about you I will use
your home address.
I have heard the tape recording of you
sobbing and pleading with jay to not leave you after 8 days of marriage 8 years
ago and we have the box with your penmanship that you sent his clothing back.
We are seeking full prosecution simple harassment is not enough. Because of
your Constant attacks you should check the internet for the postings and
pictures of yourself naked and sucking his penis and rubbing it on your face as
well as holding it and smiling these pictures taken from your 1st
meeting that Friday night and Saturday are quite clear. You will be surprised
because they have been on the internet for the last year. Also you may want to
check various porn sites for your pictures. You have demonstrated so much
ugliness, can you imagine your 2 sons receiving these at their jobs or your
church because I hear you like sending things to a place of worship, well see
how your church responds or your husband Loren Millsap at his work.
You have made this about you and what you
have to do to win. I have come to realize that you are here to exploit him
because you are two small to admit your faults and issues and that all
relationships involve two people not just you, I have never heard anything
about what you have done, so therefore you have no empathy no remorse you have
no guilt and you thrive on drama. You hold yourself out as a Christian when
actually you are the devil. This is why so many people do not attend church. So
because you must win we are desensitized to you. You have stated that he stole
your credit card and ran it up, why didnt you press charges. How can you be
afraid when you were together for 8 days. You are not a very nice person.
