Hayden Video Weddings DO NOT USE THIS WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER!!! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!! Internet

This company is a total scam. My now husband and I were offered the gift of having our wedding shot by a videographer. It was very last minute and we had a hard time finding anyone that was available when I came across Hayden Wedding Video on the Internet. I contacted "Hayden" and he quickly returned my email and my phone call and said that he would not have any trouble filming my wedding on such short notice but that he would need the payment in full, a cost of $595. I certainly should have done a bit more research on this company but on such short notice- and having so many other wedding things on my plate- it was really the last thing on my mind as I have never been the victim of something like this. We sent the payment that next day to the address that he provided, which I now know is a PO Box in Atlanta (he just provides what seems to be a regular address but it actually is to PO Box).
Like everyone else who has filed a report, a person showed up to our wedding and shot the whole thing from start to finish. A couple of weeks passed and I contacted Hayden Video just to get an idea of how things were going and a possible eta on the video. He told me that he was having editing issues and that he would get back to me. A couple more weeks went and I did not hear form his so I contacted him again. Same story. Again, a couple more weeks passes so I told him that I was starting to get concerned that he was not going to provided my video ( I was starting to have a bad gut feeling) and his response to this amazing! He told me that he would provide my video when he was ready, that instead of complaining I should be thanking him for giving me such a good deal and that I should learn how to treat people! WOW! He also said that he would not refund my money under any circumstances.
I then started to do some research on him and found out that Hayden Wedding Video was reported to the Better Business Bur. 6 times and there were more stories out there just like mine.
After a year and half I still have no video and my family is out the $600 they shelled out. Like other people who have been scamed by this guy, our wedding was one of last times we saw very close relative and would love to have the video that we paid for so that we can see him again!
I would love some information on how to press charges to at the very least get $ back , but at this point I think its a lost cause.
