Hayneedle, Inc. ,hayneedle.com I ordered and received a chair from Hayneedle. After putting the chair together, the arm coverings that provide protection and that cover some of the screws (really obvious screws) were cut/sewn wrong Internet

Bought chair and ottoman. Received both but after putting them together, found the arm chair covers were cut and sewn improperly. Reported problem and asked for replacement. I was told they couldn't replace the covers, that I would have to reorder the chair (so that I would owe them for two chairs and would get a refund when I returned the first chair). I emailed them to do reorder the chair. Now they say the chair is out of stock. This has been going on for a month and they have shown total reluctance to replace the chair with what I ordered. They have offered to give me a $12 rebate on the chair but that won't pay for having someone make the arm chair covers. These covers are padded and are supposed to cover the screw holes from putting the chair together- they are very obvious and detract from the chair.

This is not only very poor customer service, it's dishonest to sell me something and refuse to send it complete.
