I sold StainSafe products for a local retailer.
I had more calls that StainSafe would not help in any way. I quit selling this product because of the customer service was so bad that customers would come down in person and demand the retailer fix the problem.The retailer would turn it back to StainSafe and the ping pong would go back and fourth. StainSafe cost about .45 cents to apply to a sofa and the retailers sell it for about $50.00 belive it or not the retailer and the fabric protection company have an obligation to take care of the customer.

Comsumers, don't waste you time calling Stainsafe customer service. They hope that after you call 750,000 times, that you will get fed up and get your furniture repaired out of your own pocket. This is probably why they are still in business. If you call the above agencies, not only will they respond, but a record is also kept on their shady customer service.
