This "legal" agency claims to help out with Home Loan Modifications, only to charge almost $6,000 for what they claim to have all paperwork approved when the bank has only proposed paperwork to the lender, Hays Law never waited for any approval but rushed to pay themselves off.  Then they never kept in touch to see if a person on disability had the Modification approved. All they seemed interested in was the money that they would be getting, without results.  They kept on saying that all was approved when in actuality the paperwork was a Proposal.  They asked for a verbal reference before the case was approved so that they could hook another person in their deceitful web of lies.  They capitalize on people who are unable to work, due to disabilities, job loss, and are desparetly looking to keep a roof over their heads.  Times are hard for alot of Americans and these greedy "legal" assistants do not care if your paperwork is approved, they are only interested in paying themselves.
