Heald Business School I wanted a beginning computer class, I made this very clear to to the person I was talking to, Pete Combs. He explained that there was a course of study available that would fit my needs. So he enrol Roseville, California

 I was looking for a computer course for beginners, and after numerous offers I settled on Heald. I was told by Pete Combs that just the program I needed was available, so I settled on Heald based on his suggestion. He told me that the course was not too difficult for me and this was what I should take to learn computers. The first day in class, I knew that I was in way over my head. and explained to my program director that this was not what I had been told. 

I was under the impression that I would learn how to navigate the Web, send and recieve e-mail and generally use the computer for personal use. This was not at all what I expected and absolutely not an introduction to computers. I am disputing the $1100.00 that the school says I owe them, and possibly bring action against Heald for misrepresentation and fraud.
