I ordered HGH over the telephone. It was to make me feel better and had a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Sales person said how can you lose. Try it for 90 days and if it does not work you will get your money back.

After 90 days I called to get my money back and the company refused a refund sayiing if I had taken longer I would have seen results.Home Solutions does not honor their money back guarantee.

When Ms Nancy ordered, she did originally order a 90-day supply with a guarantee. Before finishing her purchase, she did extend her order to a one-year supply at a wholesale price, which does not come with a guarantee. She was informed of and agreed to our no guarantee policy on this order. The reason the wholesale pricing does not come with a guarantee is that this product is of a personal use nature and upon return can not be re-sold or re-shipped. We have done everything according to our policies and had even gone a step further and as a courtesy had cancelled the remaining half of her order.
