Clem Letendre is a liar and a cheat. He promised me that he would look into reimbursing my money today for services that WERE NOT RENDERED by the D.O. (Not even a real physician). After he basically pushed me out the door and said "Have a Nice New Year". He left the office and the receptionist said he was not returning for the day. He lied to me and he and Dr. Anthony Ngo D.O. cheated me out of $115 for nothing, ABSOLUTELY NO TREATMENT AT ALL. Just a lot of bull on how to sell more MRI's and services with their company.

When you see a health spa and urgent care with the Doctor running the Urgent Care and the Doctors wife running the million dollar a year spa and a businessman by the name of Clem Letendre hanging around for no reason but to count the bucks then you know that they are going to squeeze every dime they can out of your pockets when you arrive.  I made and appointment specifically to see Dr. Anthony Ngo D.O. for maintenance of medication. I told the receptionist at the time of making the appointment that I was there specificallly for medication maintenance. I asked her if the practice prescribes my meds. She of course, said yes we see a lot of patients with your illnesses and proceeded to make my appointment. I have no insurance so she told me it would be $115.00 cash.

When I arrived I completed a small questionairre and was asked right away to pay for my visit before I even saw the doctor. I thought that was unusual because most doctors offices charge for services rendered afterwards. I had told Dr. Ngo my medical problems and he began to tell me that I would need to have recent MRI's and testing done before he would precribe my medication that I take for HNP of the Cervical and Lumbar area. He said he needed my records. I TOLD HIM SPECIFICALLY that I had brought all my MRI reports which were newly taken around March 2012. I had also brought copies of my previous doctors medical records and all of my medications bottles. Dr. Ngo insisted on me seeing one of their Pain Management people from their facility and he told me I would have to restart the testing processing, MRI's and Evaluations all over. I had told him that my records were all UP TO DATE and that my MRI's of the Cervical, Lumbar and Brain were 7 months old. What Gives? He would not write me a prescription or make an attempt to look at my records. I told him that His receptionist had them and was to scan them in the system and he needed to take a look at my problems which were Cervical HNP, Neuritis, Radiculopathy, Lumbosacral Neuritis HNP, Post Concussion Syndrome, Memory Loss, Tremors, Headache, Anxiety, depression. He looked at my leg which had a small wound that was healing and said this looks like there is NO INFECTION and squeezed the back of my calf and asked if it hurt. I said NO there was no pain but again he said I would need an Ultrasound because there could be a blood clot. I told him there was no pain or other symptoms except the slightly red healing wound on my leg. He again was pushing for more unnessecary testing and again I had to remind him that I had no insurance and I was on disability.
 
I asked about my Alprazolam refill that I had been on for 13 years and he said he would give me 10 pills and he then wanted to start setting me up with appointments for all the other testing which WAS NOT NECESSARY. I told him I specifically told his staff when I made the appointment what medications I needed and that I wanted a PCP I could rely on and had variable hours so if you needed to see a doctor you could get in. I finally had enough of him playing games and trying to scam me for testing that was not necessary. If he was not going to order me medications then why was I there? I stood up and told him he did nothing for me and I was leaving the office and I wanted my money of $115 reimbursed. He ran to the business Manager Clem Letendre and immediately Clem came out and pulled me aside by the reception area. I explained what happend and all I wanted was my money back and to leave. He would not give me my money and said he'd talk to the other staff later and think about it and call me this afternoon with an answer. I told him this was a scam and the DR. Ngo did nothing for me and I had the right to have my money reimbursed. He again refused and I called my husband to speak with him and gave the phone to Clem. My husband explained that by rights the dr. did not provide services to me by trying to bully me into more testing even though all my records were there and up to date but he refused to look at them because he wanted to sell the service of this scamming HealthNow + Family Urgent Care facility product.

I am writing about this as soon as I got home because I wanted every detail that was in my memory to be correct on this report. Mr. Clem Letendre the supposed business manager seemed very shady and tried to talk me into leaving quietly knowing he had no intention of reimbursing my money later on today. Dr. Anthony Ngo is nothing but a puppet whimp who went running and hiding after he called out Clem Letendre to do his dirty work. He wouldn't even join Clem Letendre and I for a conversation over the whole situation. Clem told me Dr. Ngo was upset. What does that mean for a physician? What happens if a patient goes into cardiac arrest does he run away scared and not able to deal with the problem? What kind of place is this? I guess you could compare it to a PILL MILL except they push unnecessary testing so we could call it their "MONEY MILL"!
