I requested a trial bottle of "Heal-n-SOOTHE" from The Healthy Back Institute. I did not want to receive more. They continued sending them. I returned several requesting credit. Instead they continue sending the product.

Hi Marnie,

I sincerely apologize that you have received unwanted shipments.  As of today you are cancelled and will no longer be charged nor receive further bottles.

I've processed 3 refunds today each in the amount of $49.  I'm in the process of looking into our return procedure when products are returned refused.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Healthy Back Institute Losethebackpain.com or healthy back institute Former victim of this company as they pretty much lie about the position you will be holding and the hours (healthy back institute, losethebackpain.com) They hire thin skinned people who don't even care about your payroll and don't properly protect their customers on a vpn. I should've known I wouldn't of been valued when they can't even use a vpn like literally almost every company in the entire world uses to protect customers information.
