I went to Heart Check America Last year in April or May and had the scan and was given all the reports.I paid for the next five or ten years of "free" scans in the amount of $2245.00.

I received a letter in the mail awhile ago, informing me that the Tinley Park facility was closed and I would need to go to Arlington Heights, IL.

Now, I remembered that I should phone for an appointment for my yearly check. I called the Arlington Heights number and received a recorded message about airline flights.

I went online and found numerous reports of scam regarding this company. I would like to know if there will be a Class Action Suit and how I can participate.
