This place managed nursing homes in Texas, AZ, Georgia, to name a few. They did not care about their residents. They overcharged, made these people pay thousands for a small room. Even if they were sharing a room. I would hear that if they found the senior wandering they would tie them down. As bad as the care was the management was worse. Lori Alford was Vice President of operations and she was in control of all the communities and staff. She once told the head office to collect from the seniors personal accounts one week early, at the end of the month, instead of the 1st of the month, just because she didn't have her payroll. These people didn't even get their social security checks yet. They were overdrawn in their accounts. She also spread rumors around the office of people she did not like. Saying they were having affairs. When they went to HR, nothing was done. These are clear signs of harassment and nothing was done! This woman even embezzled money and nothing was done by the owner of the company!!! She was only demoted for a while and then given her job back! She has fired people for no reason and walks around the office like she is queen. Off with their heads!!
Hearthstone was finally bought out and the new company got many emails of complaints about her they fired her immediately!! Do not ever let this blond, blue eyed devil manipulate you and think she is a hard working honest woman. Do not hire her! She brought down an entire company!
