There was no mention of additional charges for the cookware.  That comes under the heading of deceptive or lying, add crooked.  If you had been honest you would have told me of the additional charges, you would also advised that the shipping and handling was more than the cost of the induction units.  If you had been honest, you would have shipped the four sets of cookware with the units.

I apologize if the sales agent you spoke with did not make this clear. Also, as your complaint states, four sets of cookware would only have been sent if you agreed to the $69.95 in shipping and processing charges for each set. As you know, these packages are valued at over $200 but are yours free for just the shipping. I trust since you have two sets already, you are finding them to be top-quality. Once again, I apologize of this was not made clear to you throughout your ordering process.
