First of all this is not a (Hoax) entry, this is probably one of the most fraudulent companies I've seen in security. You wouldn't think so because they brandish some sporty lookin Dodge Chargers with company Logos and police lights in the dash, but after spending two days with this seemingly professional Security Officer they called (Trainer), I realized that the properities in which they service are truly getting ripped off!  A patrol consists of driving past the property checking the office doors and looking at the pool and laundry and then zooming to the next property.
The trainer guy even goes " Hey man we're not suppose to do this but I'm going to zip past these because we are behind the schedule".  This company needs help and its strange they can never keep officers but after seeing what you have to go through for the fake $2145 salary is quite ridiculous.

This is not real security at all,  THEY DONT DO ANYTHING!!  If a company wants to hire a security firm because they have nice Dodge Chargers you as might as well just take out a gun and go rob your own property because thats whats going to happen, these guys don't secure nothing.

He was also telling me about all of his hiding places: This company is a scam if I've ever see one, they spread rumors about having been shot at and all of that. Well I believe that because they have quick mouth idiots that work for them but don't believe any reports about real security work they've done. They ride around in those Chargers, do quick-half-assed reports just to get the check , Instead of actually checking out the property, they do whats called making contact,  talk to one person to make it look like interaction on property was done and then burn out to the next property.

ALSO THEY FAILED TO TELL ME ABOUT THE MINIMUM WAGE FINE PRINT IF YOU LEAVE THE COMPANY, THEY PAID ME $50.00 DOLLARS FOR 2 DAYS OF WORK, PROBABLY ANGRY THAT YET ANOTHER OFFICER HAS WALKED AWAY FROM THIS SHAM OPERATION:
IF YOU EVER READ YOUR OWN RIP-OFF REPORT, FIX YOURSELF
YOU KNOW WHO I AM, I AM NOT HIDING, MY COMPANY IS GOING TO REPLACE FAKES
SOME OF YOUR CHARGERS NEED TUNE-UPS BTW
ESPECIALLY THE ONE I RODE IT

NOTHING NEW FOR PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANIES

AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

They are ALL like This--and I have worked for quite a few, always hoping I would find something better.

I ended up getting hurt on the job and the owner had NO Workers Comp insurance and sold the business of and left the state.

So now I am eking out an precarious existence on SSI.

I hope you check out the security company you work for.

They PROMISE a lot but if you get hurt, they kick you to the curb with the rest of thhe discarded trash because that is all you ever were to them.

The minimum wage revision may be illegal. They count on you not being able to go to an Employment Attorney and when you do, they crumple like a beer can! Consultation is free.

Get out of private security while you still can.. Don't end up like I did.

LOL...... If I am a weak employee you might ought to tell that to my current employer who pays me well and I am being looked at for promotion.  Weak employee I don't think so, my record and education speaks for itself. You might be so use to black guys thats got to bend over backwards to keep a security job but I'm sorry I was not that guy.

Exagerrated report: Okay- besides working (2) jobs at the time and studying forensics I'm sure I've got time to make up a story about a security company and then post it on the internet.

Let's get back to the weak employee part, your guy that was suppose to be training me, go take another look at his DD214 Discharge form.  I have honorable service (2) Army commendations (2) Army Achievements, and (2) Good Conduct medals.  This country tends to think I am strong and good at what I do, and since security companies are a dime a dozen (literally) this rebuttal is ridiculous.  I mean seriously with security companies behaving in the manner I've seen we might as well hire street gangs to police the properties. If you call zipping into a property quickly, looking at its office, mail center, and pool area security than fine, and if clients will pay for that nonsense while they are getting robbed with your car on the property (lol)....Fine! I forgot all about this ad there will be no more replies from me to busy building my own company!!

Ex-employee report

AUTHOR: Heartland - (United States of America)

As a licensed private security firm and having been in business for a number of years we provide all types of service.  This particular ex-employee was hired in our patrol division, where we do contract with clients to provide drive through service to their communities.  His report of our company are greatly exaggerated. We do provide a quality of service we would compare to any of our competitors. We do drive nice cars, and our uniforms are professional.  As most of our industry we do "weed out" weak and incapable employees.  This particular employee, Mr Hines had just been hired, and was terminated on his second night of training.  His training officer stated Mr. Hines did not pay attention, and was often asleep throughout his shift.  Several warnings for him to stay awake during his training did not work, so the employee was terminated.

Regardless of how thorough a background we do on all applicants occasionally one slips through the crack that just can't cut it.  I hate that this ex-employee took this approach to file his grievances.  He never attempted to come to me to discuss any issues.  Yes it is true that all applicants sign an agreement that they receive minimum wage during training, and if they walk off the job failing to give a notice.  Guess the ex-employee was asleep during his pre-employment  orientation as well.
