Hector Perez Owes back pay Child Support El Paso, Texas

Hector is my X-Boyfriend we have not been with each other over 3 months. Hector was also arrested back in March 2012 for the third DWI.  I paid the bail to take him out of jail. Which was a big mistake has not paid me back loaned him the money and also to take out his car from the in-pound Totaling $600.00.  Hector would stay with me the weekends sometimes because he would move around a lot because as I found out would not pay the rents or help anyone with expences. Just liked leaving off people. Hector is also a big player dating all kinds of differant women as I would come to find out and that is the reason we are not together.  Hector also was set up for court on the 3 DWI on 10/11/12 which he failed to show up to court .  I texted him to let him know that we was cold to do that to myself and his sister for signing for his Bond.  Well as luck follows him he contacted his lawyer and they gave him a break so now his NEW court date is 1/24/2013. What worries me the most is that he told me and other people that he will not go to Jail because they want to give him 3-5 years in prison.  And he stated that he was not going in he rather run.  Then About three weeks ago the Child Support Division called my house looking for him.  I told him that I was not with him anymore.  I also contact the Child Support Division and gave them all the information about him and nothing has been done I am worried about it because he also showed me some paper work that they have served him with the girlfriend before me and it stated that they can put a lean on her house or property.  Which I don't see it right. When he never helped her with her payments never helped me either.  Need to know what to do next?
