I wish I had read Jessica's report prior to sending off my phones to this company.  I have had the exact same experience - told a check had been sent off months ago but was never received.  When I tried to call them, their phones would not allow messages and now is no longer in service.  When emailing them, they say they are investigating and will get back to me but never do.  I have now gone to Action 7 - don't want other people ripped off and lied to.  I am going to try to contact the CEO and see if he will respond but I am not holding my breath.  Don't do business with these people - they are not reputable.

they are just one of many outlets for stolen cell phones.

the the theives don't gripe,  just  honest customers feel cheated.
