Hello Totem Deceptive Cell Phone Buyback Company Internet

DO NOT be scammed by hello totem.  I agreed to sell back a cell phone for about $57.  Weeks went by and payment was never received.  Months went by and payment was never received.  Emails and complaints were never returned.  I finally chatted online with their help desk and received the check within days.  I finally thought the issue was resolved.  Several days later, my bank debited the check and charged me an additional $12 due to insufficient funds.  Do not trust this company.
