PUBLIC ALERT!!!!!Helping Hands Cleaning Service: This is to warn the general public about a company, who DOESN'T PAY THEIR HELPERS. This story begins in the small City of Rock Hill, South Carolina; area code (803). Two hard working individuals were in need of a JOB; by word of mouth we were approached by Josh Alexander (vp) of helping hands cleaning service. He offered us the oppurtunity to clean up empty apartments, after tenants move out. The pay was to vary based on location, and condition of those units needing to be cleaned. We accepted the offer and began our very own small, scale cleaning service. The empty apartments that were assigned sent us back and forth, between three different apartment complexes. The first few months of cleaning went by fast; we had began to feel as though this might be a great job. We purchased our own suppliess and gradually accumulated three vacuums, 5 brooms and a ton of cleaning sollution. Josh got so dependant on us; he kept a minimum of 9 units for us to clean weekly. Like they say, "when some thing seems to be to good to be true, its probally the just that". Helping hands cleaning began defaulting on our weekly pay after the 3rd week. The lies poored in to us daily and then kept on growing. The smoove talking VP convienced us to keep on cleaning, we were the best cleaners they had at the time. The defaults payments are well documented, and we were communicating with the company vp our concerns. The month of May-$60 balance, June-$1030, July-$300; for a grand total of $1390. This is work we completed, after the company began all the lies about our paycheck. We both decided enough was enough, and informed Josh Alexander we no longer was able to clean any more units.. Its August now and Helping Hands Cleaning Service still acknowledges that they owe us the funds; but intend on not paying us. I felt the need to warn any other, hard working, cleaners out their to be warned. I live in one of the apartment complexes that Helping Hands Service. Josh sees me and my other half daily. He still insist he not involved. Dean Rawlings, the owner is M.I.A(missing-in-action); we have contacted him personally. He is full of stuff to, these are so low down, dirty buisnessman. I warn, do not work or allow this company any more buisness. I have been doing some local research, and I uncovered others... Helping Hands Cleaning Service will be tooken to court very soon on this matter at hand. Just want the general public to support and follow us through this shady situation. Cowards, only have a post office box for an official office; not worth the time or money dealing with this shady buisness.
