These people just don't give up. They persistantly call my husbands cell phone sometimes 6-8 times a day. Last time he spoke with them when he answered one of their calls because he was driving and waiting for our company to call us regarding something important) they had told him he ordered lightbulbs at the tune of $280.00 for 16 of them. They had sent them to him and I had returned them via the mail last year (07). He told them and they said no that they never got them back.

We live in North Carolina so these people reach out to other states. My hubby had ordered some cleaning products from them and had paid for them so immediately they put him on the "call and bug list". I had spoke with one of the gentlemen one time (which they usually won't talk to anyone but the "victim") and he told me that they called my husband because he had a kind heart. They more or less insulted him, may as well of called him a sucker. I told them not to call again. Well they laid low with calls for a 6 mo. period or so.

One of them had even called and said they knew he was on the do not call list but thought maybe they could "sell" him again.

I did have luck with another company doing the same thing located in Virginia and turned them into the N.C. Attorney Generals Office. The office did as they said they do and stopped them from calling. But they sent a rebuttal letter to N.C. A.G.O. and said that I was not a very polite person. Try taking the hint and DO NOT CALL when told to.
