Helvey & Associates CEO Brent Byers is another Rip Off collection agency that needs to be investigated for using bogus power to help destroy the average american. They kept calling about a bill that we owed a utility company, We informed them we had already delt directly with the problem with the utility company. They just kept calling. (Some stupid person). They then reported the debt to the credit company's. Knowing they were not allowed to do so. So I have sent them a bill for my time and effort trying to correct for the time I have spent correcting the bogus moves they have made to collect a debt, The main reason is they want us to pay them directly so they make the colection fee. We said No. We are paying direct to the utility company. So they just went forward trying to destroy our credit, Now we are moving forward to get them investigated and taking the to small claims court for fraud. The employees are only as good as the boss, so this tells me the CEO Brent Byers is a crook.
