If you continue to harass and slander my name unjustly (Rae-Anne Jammer) in this way Bernadette, I will have no choice but to file a libel and slander suit against you. Consider yourself forewarned.

Bernadette your consultation was almost two hours in length. I'm sorry you choose to remember that incorrectly.

As manager of the centre at that time, all Rae-Anne Jammer did was check your medical history form that Angela Cleveland had you fill out and sign to make sure all approvals from the Herbal Magic medical team had been received to ensure you were eligible to participate in the program and that was done propertly.

Again, Rae-Anne Jammer DID NOT SIGN YOU UP ON THE PROGRAM BERNADETTE. Angela Cleveland signed you up. It is her name on the forms, not mine, and anyone can go into the Herbal Magic centre in Port Perry today and view that on all your documtation for themselves. I'm sorry you choose to remember that incorrectly.

I no longer work at Herbal Magic Bernadette and haven't worked their since June of 2012! Your issues Bernadette and your complaints are with Herbal Magic and that's who you should be addressing your comments and concerns to and about, directly with Herbal Magic head office in Toronto. As nothing more than an employee at the time of that company who did and has to follow corporate procedures laid down by the company, I take GREAT OFFENCE to you dragging my name into this. You are behaving like a child. Grow up and take your fight to the appropriate arena and STOP HARASSING ME!!!!

Rae Anne you did sign me up with Angela, you went over the application with her and you processed my payment of over $1300.00 and does not Angela work under your supervision?. Lies you say my consulting was no more than 3/4 hour not 2 hours as you say.

My doctor advised me not to take any more of your so called vitamin tablets which you said was to aid in my weight loss (Rubbish). The main reason for leaving Herbal Magic was for the hounding and harassment every time I visited you in regarding to purchase more tablets even though I told you what my doctor advice was to me.

I don't know where you got your information from regarding my health issues, to set the record straight I have had two mild seizure in the past 5 years prior to joining Herbal magic. The one I had after joining Herbal magic was serious enough to put me in hospital for a few days no more since then go figure!!

SO course you are justifying your judgment you know what took place. you did not explain the whole process which included taking 6 tablets a day at a cost of $90.00 a week (Rip off). 

In closing I have lost 52 Lbs. on my own with my doctors advise, no Magic just common sense healthy eating habits and exercise. I am justified in saying that I was miss lead and should get my money back. So folks  no magic in Herbal Magic  just your self determination and exercise.

First of all Bernadette Joseph, I, Rae-Anne Jammer, DID NOT sign you up to the Herbal Magic program. Your consultation was conducted by ANGELA CLEVELAND, a Personal Health Coach at Herbal Magic in Port Perry, Ontario who still works there today as far as I know. ANGELA CLEVELAND is also the person who signed you up for the program and whose signature and name are on your copy of the contract you signed during your consultation. A copy of this same contract that you signed showing clearly that RAE-ANNE JAMMER DID NOT SIGN YOU UP for the Herbal Magic program but rather that Angela Cleveland did sign you up is also on file today at the Herbal Magic centre in Port Perry.

Second of all, Angela did conduct the required checks with the Herbal Magic medical staff at the head office in Toronto during your consultation and she did receive approval for you to embark on the program with your current health status. Angela is not a medical doctor and she did receive confirmation from the Herbal Magic medical team before signing you up that you were eligible and qualified to undertake the program.

Thirdly, your consultation was not a "short interview" as you stated. In fact, it was almost two hours in length.

Fourthly, you have epilepsy. Occasional seizures have been part of your life for a long time and in fact, you had a seizure just a few months before starting the program. When you experienced another seizure shortly after starting the program, Angela again contacted the Herbal Magic medical team who told her there was no evidence that the vitamins that form part of the Herbal Magic program caused your seizure. In any event, you voluntarily stopped taking the vitamins that form part of the Herbal Magic program and continued with the program for some time afterward.

 We can't escape Team Rebutt and they nonsense.

It's too bad places like this exist.  They don't have a clue if you are a suitable candidate or not.  They are only interested in selling you their questionable products.

There is no magic way to lose weight (I wish there was).  We all know how, it's just d**n hard.
