Heriberto Perez Soto claims he is a electrician. License is expired. Acts like a professional with receipts & even contracts. He has  someone helping him scam people on craigslist. It all starts When you call a licensed electrician on craigslist he claims he can't come to you but he has a friend a who is a electrician that works in your area. Thats the con man who goes by the name Herb. He calls you from 407-914-0688. His  license plate is 384-WCY. Drives a blue suzuki car. Shows up with a younger guy with shoulder length white curly hair. He says he will do the job for you but needs money for materials. Takes my money. Writes a receipt. Then called me back & schedule an appointment. Doesn't show up & makes  excuses. He continues with the excuses until he just stop answering the phone & send it to voicemail. For all the other people he has ripped off we need to get this looser off the streets.  His home phone is 407-914-5269 His license # is P623-320-63-445-0  I already contacted the news station & intend to take this further to court. Maybe we can come together to catch this crook & stop him in his tracks. Herb you choose the wrong person to mess with!
