With each additional post, Gary (who now goes by Jon123) continues to definitively evidence that he is profoundly mentally ill. His extreme insecurity (a symptom of his sickness) is so severe that he reacts angrily, quickly, and obsessively to the slightest valid criticism. He projects his own flaws onto anyone who exposes him. Google his name and town as they are listed on the Heritage letter to the FBI, then read the posts about him on Collectors Universe's message boards. You will discover that Gary has a habit of defrauding people and creating aliases. The aforementioned facts suggest that Gary's complaints about Heritage have absolutely no credibility nor basis in fact. Of course, anyone with an IQ above 70 has already determined that. I hope that Gary will receive the psychiatric help that he so obviously requires.

Realclient, you need your brain examined by a competent psychiatrist because you are totally out of line with your accusations. I resolved this complaint a long time ago. PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF RIPOFF REPORT GO SEE A SHRINK!!!!!!

The only "ripoff" is being perpetrated by this mental patient who is enraged that he could not extort money and special services from a legitimate, honorable, hardworking company. I am officially jumping on the bandwagon with those who defend what America is truly about: An honest, successful, rags-to-riches company! I
The five unique complainants who have trashed Heritage on this website are nearly illiterate, leftwing, bottom-of-the-socioeconomic-ladder crybabies who seem to think that Heritage is in business to royally cater to their every uninformed whim, fallacy, and misconception. I do not believe that a gargantuan auction firm like Heritage would risk damaging their stellar reputation just to cheat these small-time losers out of their virtually worthless junk.
I suspect that what is really going on is that five obsessed wackos who have failed miserably at life (versus the satisfied 700,000-plus Heritage customers) did not get their backsides kissed during their insignificant transactions with Heritage, so they are unfairly trashing this outstanding company just to fuel the emotional void created by their failed extortion schemes. Several wealthy friends and I are longtime customers of Heritage, yet have never experienced any difficulties. Nobody with an IQ above 70 would take seriously the obviously suspect charges made against Heritage, a firm with an unblemished reputation amongst both heavy hitters and small spenders alike.
