We purchased a 2010 Platinum Edition F150 Lariat 4X4 truck with all the extras from Heritage Ford.

We have been back to Eldrige Ford, Currie Ford, Elder Ford and Quik Lane Ford to have the alarm fixed.  My truck was recently hit in a parking lot with the alarm engaged.  When I took the truck to Elder Ford Service,, their service advisor Mike Stultz, advised me that there is no alarm or wiring harness on the truck.

AUTHOR: voiceofreason - (United States of America)

You buy a truck from 1 dealer that you later discover is missing something they should have had installed.

You subsequently have said truck seen at several other dealerships for some issue with said part.

And it's only after several such dealers attend to the issue that one finally tells you the truck doesn't even have the alarm you've been trying to service?

Why wasn't the issue addressed from the start with Heritage? And if it was, why would you leave out a critical chronology of events necessary for anyone here to understand what's going on?

Can you give a chronological list of what transpired between you and Heritage, starting with what was agreed to in the purchase and when/how you first discovered the alarm wiring was missing?

And why you then took the truck to every Tom Dick and Harry Ford dealer other than Heritage?
