To All Observers:
Another day of frustrations with Heritage Web Design. I thought my concerns would have been addressed and resolved today, due to our last dialogue by phone and minor revisions that I forwarded to them. Again, I have been trying to get this company to complete my website Cartagena Medical Toursim since April. I was promised by salesperson that site would be completed within 1 week of receiving all information. If you review my last complaint you can see that there has been many broken promises by this company. It does not matter if it is the supervisor, web designer, etc.
Today, I was in contact with Pam Wilcox casemanager and she informed me that she would make every attempt to contact Josh Wall, Supervisor, about my website status. After 1 hour and a half, still no return phone call. As a result, I contacted her and requested to speak to Josh Wall. She placed me on a 15 minute hold only to come back to say Josh is still on the phone and cannot answer my call. This is the same guy who stated my concern is his priority. In addition, she explained Josh is a very busy man. Remember, this has been normal practice for almost two months. From being passed over to other staff members, web designers, not returning phone calls, lying to clients, etc. The only consistent thing is not following through on completing website.
Josh Wall supervisor will attempt to threaten you with a clause they have in their contract for slander/negative comments. He will state they have grounds in a legal suit against you for 2500 dollars. I have no problem with his threat because it is not slander when you are telling the truth.
I have one client out of Kentucky that is interested, please join us to putting a stoppage to how this company does business.
