Heritage Web Solutions Hit Refusal to complete working website. Difficult to get ahold of a respresenative. Making false promises and does not follow through on commitments. Internet

This company has poor business ethics. My experience with them is that they have

no pride in customer service. They make promises that they have no intention of keeping, financially as well. So, if you have already started working with them document every financial commitment. The financial agreements by phone holds absolutely no weight. Everything must be documented in writing.

It will take months to get things done. And you will spend hours on hold on the phone...very poor customer service.

I have paid for upgrades that were never done properly, such

as language translations. My translation page only has several words on the site. I made many attempts to try and get this problem solved. They never fixed it or refunded my money for this addition.

Can you image a company who would do this kind of work and have it live, advertising their name at the bottom of the site?

The website to this day is not working properly. I paid a lot of money and they

never delivered as promised. Instead of a custom website as promised, I got a cookie cutter fill-in-the-blank design. Far from custom! Not only did I loose money

but hours and hours of time waiting on the phone to talk to someone and loads of frustration, especially with their false promises. I am considering a discussion with an attorney to see what exactly can be done for a resolution. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
