This company advertises help for male enhancements through supplements. One of the products is Entramax and the other is Hero Booster. I ordered these for my husband per his request and it took over 6 weeks to get the first order in which you are to have 30 days to try and return if not satisfied. My husband had been taking the products for not even a week when we received a SECOND shipment. When I called to ask why they are sending product when we haven't even had a chance to evaluate the first, I was told because eveything was on back order. Hmmmm.... now they tell me our 30 day trial period is over and now they have popped my credit card for 2 orders! I immediately told them to cancel our order and refund all monies they charged. I sent back all product to them with a USPS confirmation and tracking. They received the product late November. I have confirmation of this. I called and asked when my card would be refunded and they said it was being processed once they received the product. I told them you HAVE the product and you have had it for over 2 weeks. Once again, they told me if had to be processed. I have called every single week now for over 2 months - it is always an excuse, like it is in our Accounting Dept now and they only work on Mondays. Are you kidding me. Still no refund. Called again last week and was told that they tried to credit my card, but there was an error. Now they said they would send a check for $149.80 but they owe me $179.80. They keep $30.00 for shipping - again, are you kidding me? So I called again today and was told my check has been processed - oh really? So, the people are rude and this is obviously how they make their money by ripping you off. By the way, the products are something you can buy at any nutritional market for way less, so don't bother. These people should be shut down and stop ripping people off! I have spent money and lots of time trying to get my money back and they are not legitimate. I have NEVER had this much trouble returning a product and getting my refund. Do not order ANYTHING from these people.
