placed an order on the HP website with a visa card - the portal took approx 800 dollars and then refused the order - without giving a valid reason - then advised that it will take one business week to return the money.


HP now gets to operate on my money for 5 - 7 days - if they do this to say 1,000 other people then they get the benefit of earning interest on the money and it now is a profit center.

so I will now go purchase another computer and it will not be a HP.
