Vogue has been contacting Heys consistently since they received the suitcase (every 4 to 6 weeks) and initially they were able to get a hold of someone, yet each time they did talk to someone at Heys, they were told the part is being shipped. However it has never arrived.
I also previously was able to get ahold of someone when I called Heys and was told the same thing - that it takes 6 to 8 weeks to process the request or that it has already been shipped. But it has not arrived. At this point, I have no confidence that Heys plans to send the part and honor their warranty. If that is the case, I'd like my suitcase replaced entirely or my money back.
Now to make it even more interesting, no one is answering their phones, the voicemail box of the warranty department is full and won't accept any more messages and no one is responding to email either.
