We also are getting ripped off. New charges for a payment that is due on the 30th of every month. I payed my bill every month on time. We had Ez pay and it came out every 2 weeks. It was showing that we we late. When we called, they would say it would all be cleared up, well we are trying to refinance and it is showing we owe more than we barrowed. So can someone explain this one. Read the fine print on the web page if you loan doesn't post on the exact 30 day period you are charged extra intrest for each day that it isn't posted. So if your payment is three day past the 30th of the month get ready to pay that extra interest. They have to gain all the money back that they owed out to all the states.. This is a fast was to collect the extra money. Lets charged stupid charges to all these people and we can get all of our money back and then some. We got the money back from the law suit but what good did it do they found a new trick and is screwing with people and there lives. It is all about how they can get back all of the money that they have to pay back. So I hope someday that there day will come. It is not about bad credit or not paying you bill.. It is all about how they can make all that money back.
