The second one they delivered after the delivery guys left started making a noise. I scheduled for them to come out and fix it a week later.
I came home from a 4 day trip to find the freezer not cooling properly. I scheduled for them to come out and fix it. They scheduled for the wrong day. I waited and no one showed up.
I had someone come today to fix it and of course he did not have the parts to fix it. I have taken 4 hours off for 9 different days on a brand new refrigerator and it is still not fixed.
I called the Customer Serivce manager and told him I wanted a new refridgerator before this last guy came out today and was told it is after 30 days and they will not replace it. When I told him of my frustration Ken informed me that is "life" things happen, things break!
I will never buy another item from HH Gregg and I will tell everyone I know. That is not life! That is Karma, Ken!

POSTED: Wednesday, January 21, 2009I'm not saying everyone is wrong in complaining about where they purchased their products, but you have to remember they are a store selling products out to make a profit as well. I know for a fact that you can always call corporate numbers to get the solutions you need if you are not satisfied with what the store is doing for you. Every store can not refuse to give you the number. I have friends that work there and a significant other that works there as well so I know what rules they have to follow and the steps they have to take in the stores. As for corporate, I'm not sure..you'd have to ask a manager.
But all I'm saying is don't blame retailers for your defective product, blame the manufactures and contact them to see if they will give you better service if you are not happy with any store service.
