i bought twoo pioneer subs along with other stuff from them i got my ups tracking number and noticed the weight did not add up the subs weighed 17 pounds apiece so that is 34 pound just for the subs but the ups weight was 7.10 pounds so i called and talked to dan who told me that maybe they were shipped different from the rest of my order he check and said yes they were going to be shipped out on monday so on tuesday i checked and they sent me a message that they were out of that sub and offered me a credit or let me exchang for other subs so i decided to change to kicker subs.and was assured thet would be shipped out on thursday so i called and talked to guess who dan on wed.and he said they just arrived and would be shipped out today so on thursday when i did not recieve a tracking nomber i called and talked to dan and ask where are my subs at which he said hang on let me check and hung up on me.so i called back and he had blocked my phone number.so i called on another phone and when he picked up i ask him why did you block my phone he hung up and blocked that phone this happened a total of 4 times with four different phones so i emailed them and told them i was starting a charge back making a police report and was calling the DA and the attorney general office and was going to sue them for fraud and theft so please everyone do the same and also email kicker and complane sense they clame to be a authrize dealer.maybe they will get involved they need to pay for what they are doing to people.Ps they sent out a package today but the weight still does not add up so i am going to refuse the package maybe we all should file a class action suit against them.
