SEO Reputation Management at its best!

I approached High Position (HP-Group) about 9 months ago to get our company's website on the first page of Google for a bunch of words that matched what they said our target audience would be typing in as we were looking for more people to come to our website.

We found High Position details on the first page of Google when looking for a company that could help us and we thought that a company on the top would know what they were doing. We then typed their name into Google to make sure they had no bad feedback, and they didn't. We thought that this would be testament enough that they could do the job we wanted them to do. We later found out that High Position were not as good as we first thought!

After 9 months of paying them over 1,000 per month we have seen nothing in return. Not only that, but we have also asked a few other companies (SEOConsult & Bigmouth Media) who we have been informed are meant to be the best, to look at our website and they have confirmed that we have been ripped off by High Position.

We have now spent in excess of 9,000 and have seen nothing in return apart from broken promises. We are now giving up with High Position and have decided to put this post on here to stop them doing this to any one else.

We are now looking at using a different company to help us with our website positions.

HP Group is extremely disappointed to read your assessment of our services. It is not empty marketing rhetoric when we say that we take our customer satisfaction very seriously and that we work hard to resolve any service disputes that arise.

Obviously it is not possible to please all of the people all of the time, but our last quarterly customer satisfaction survey (which was sent to all our SEO customers to fill in) stated that on average 67% of our clients would be happy to refer us, 75% of our clients say they are satisfied or very satisfied with their account manager and over 70% of our clients are satisfied or very satisfied with us.

Equally, we can raid our records of customer testimonials and find many that back our surveys findings up and provide evidence that is the exact opposite of your opinion. Here are just two recent examples we have:

Hi, Thanks for the update, we have seen a significant increase in the hire enquiries coming across so there is a definite correlation between this and the SEO work from a client in the Electrical Equipment Hire industry sector,

Or this one from a client in the family entertainment business: You'll like this one... (again January last year was based on a 3 week month) Jan 2010 year on year comparison with Jan 2011... ready for it.... drumroll.... online bookings up by 365% What can I say but 'wow' and 'thank you so much!!! You have not posted your details so we are not able to judge your criticsm of us in the context of our knowledge of what occurred on your account but obviously if you would like to identify yourself then we are more than happy to discuss your concerns.
