The product was returned in a timely manner within specified time and RMA provided . The item was returned more than 5 weeks ago and to date no response. All 4 inquiries over email are left unanswered. Since I used paypal, claim is open but since 45 days passed from the date of the delivery there is little I can do. Also, can't file dispute with credit card company because I used checking account. They simply don't respond and ignore their customers. BBB grade them F for similar customer problems.
