Bought years ago and been making extra payments to pay off early.  Account was current and never fell behind in all the years since I purchased the property.

Called phone number (435) 738-6000 and asked for current balance and payoff amount.

No response.

Wrote letters (PO BOX 358 Duchesne Utah 84021) and asked for same.

No response.

Made multiple attempts using above information.  Even tried reaching out to the HOA which has a remarkedly  similar phone number since I have seen this practice of continuing to change company name and store fronts/phone numbers before. No response.

Contacted BBB. There were unable to resolve the situation.

Trying BBB again before contacting state attorney general.

Any rebuttals by happy owners if you are a real person please include the contact information you used that you were able to get a response.

Like the other upset owner I also also sold on "no water bills, no association dues" and was shocked when I started getting all those extra bills...to again a PO BOX with no other contact information.  I paid them...but am now wondering if it is the same scam being extended.

I've gone through my bank account and by my math, the property should paid off or very close to paid off.  Yet never receieved the deed or any kind of contact.  I really don't want to do the practice that many to do to get a response from the bank (i.e. stop paying) so will try the attorney general first.  But I really don't want my money to be stolen either.

Back in March of this year (2015) I managed to get a hold of an employee who handles the water accounts. I left my full contact information as well as a request that anyone contact me via phone, email or regular mail with the account information I requested or even an acknowledgement that I had reached the correct office.

No response.

I don't know if the business is busy, away for long periods or if they are going through a difficult time.  I waited about a month and tried again.

No response.

I finally got a hold of the main office on 2015-April-24 (i.e. a person, not me leaving another message) and was informed over the phone that all the information I requested was being gathered and that a representative would contact me most likely within a week.  The phone number I reached was one that on previous occasions had either no answer, an answering machine, or even disconnected.  This time however I was successful.

Their office were very clear as to their feelings regarding a Ripoff Report (not happy.)  My only thoughts on the matter is all that I needed was a response and I hope I have been fair considering how many years and attempts at contact this has taken.

The outcome of this experience is still pending however I believe in being even handed and am reporting my current progress. I hope this matter is resolved favorably to all parties soon.
