Highline Motor Group Unethical Business Practices Lowell, Massachusetts

I bought a vehicle from Highline Motor Group about 7 months ago. I went to have the battery replaced recently from a certified dealership for the make of the vehicle and they found over 6 thousand dollars of existing damage. I alerted Highline to the problems, including sending them an estimate. They offered to look at the vehicle at their shop, but they have an incredibly poor record of service, and essentially run a chop shop at the dealership.

John Fotopoulos from Highline Motor Group made explicit threats against me and my family via email, including extortion and blackmail, simply because I stated that I would post a negative review online. 

Additionally, I recently confirmed that the odomoter on the vehicle had been rolled back near the time Highline purchased the vehicle at auction.

I take full responsibility for being a naive customer, but this does not give Highline Motor Group a right to outright lie about their vehicles, and then act in a thuggish manner.

It is very clear that they post their own reviews online across multiple sites. Please be more thorough in your research than I was. If you do a google search you will find a lawsuit that resulted in them being forced to pay extensive damage for awful practices.

Please save yourself the trouble and avoid doing business with them.
