Hilary is rude.  She does not give proper feedback  or any feedback at all.  If someone was polite and professional a person should be able to deal with the professional person.   I have no idea why anyone would use er for assistance.  RUN away from her.   she is rude and unprofessional.  Lynn   Middletown,
