HiringMax Fred (Farhad) Omidvar Posted my info without my knowledge/approval when careerbuilder removed my info months before and said they don't send out any info FOUNTAIN VALLEY California

Getting to send in a complaint on HiringMax Fred (Farhad) Omidvar I wanted to make sure I had the right information like address, suite number, phone number/fax number and any business license info or Freds' 11 year experience being a motivational speaker. First the phone number (714) 436-1111 belongs to 3 different companies 1)HiringMax 11770 Warner Ave. STE 105 Fountain Valley, CA 92708 2) Eskander Zahabi 2835 S. Bristol St. Santa Ana, CA 92704 (Some kind of wholesale company that claims to have made 5-10 million in a year with over 50 employees, but is not registered with O.C. Records Clerks Office like HiringMax) 3) National Association of Auto Sales Professionals 11770 Warner Ave. STE 106 Fountain Valley , CA 92708 opened by Farhad Omidvar 6/14/2001 and expired 6/14/2006. There was also a Goals Unlimited Inc. also opened up in 6/15/2001 and expired 6/15/2006 that shows up below NAASP which means it was by the same person. I couldn't find nothing on HiringMax or Eskander Zahabi companies registered with O.C. Records Clerks Office for a DBA or any business license anywhere.

Which is kinda of suspicious because 8-25-2006 is when HiringMaxs' website was created , but Fred (Farhad) Omidvar claims he has 11 years as a motivational speaker with Human Resources experience. Also over the 11 years he spoke in 5000 seminars to 25,000 people and helped 4000 get jobs, then what happened to the other 21,000?

What is also suspicious is how he has all kinds of company information , answers all complaints to HiringMax website , puts his personal cell number and home fax number (suppossedly) instead of office numbers on BBB site , answers emails that he sent but talks about himself in the third party and says he is only a hiring mgr./investor? Any other legitimate company has a customer svc.Manager/owner answer complaints reguarding it's employees and not the person you are complaining about respond back to email. Plus Freds' response to Anadreas' allegations makes no sense just repeats what was said by Anadrea (sorry if I misspelled name) and again refers to himself in the third party , if he was a motivational speaker for 11 years why are there so many incorrect sentences. Another thing he claims that HiringMax does not charge anything then how does HiringMax pay it's employees/investors/hotels? Sounds like the people he wants doesn't know how to fill out resumes or are unsure of themselves so he can use his information that other people showed him like the Torrance complaint did and he looks like a all knowing person. Why are Job Fairs in different hotels too if he has a contract with Embassy Suites? When you go on HiringMaxs website and you see Los Angeles and Inland Empire locations and click on them it goes to a job fair , so there are no offices in those cities but shows it as a location? Very misleading already when I saw that checking on who these guys were from recieving email saying they were still gonna post my info without my knowledge/approval. Careerbuilder claims they never sent my info to anyone/company so how did HiringMax Fred Omidvar get my information? Other complaints and my own investigated info on Fred (Farhad) Omidvars other companies with his responses have told me enough to understand.

I emailed Fountain Valley City Hall to see if there business/tax dept had the correct phone number to HiringMax and never recieved any response so that's when I decided to go look for myself and found all this information with still no business license/DBA anywhere to be found which is what the law requires to operate a business.
