Hit Web Design continues to skirt around the LAW, STEALING MONEY FROM HARDWORKING AMERICANS!!! It has been over one (1) month and they have not begun my website that I have paid for. Called to cancel my account and get refund only to be handled in a rude, unprofessional manner by a Sr. Customer Service Representative by the name of Holly Stickney who refused to fully refund monies paid for nothing.
Unable to contact anyone in any position of authority to resolve my complaint despite several attempts to do so.
I am astounded by the number of complaints Hit Web Design has with no legal action having been taken against them. Again, I exhort anyone who has been robbed by Hit Web Design to immediately call the Utah Attorney General, Mark Shurtleff.
