Hit Web Design promised services that they never delivered.It took them months to create a website that I had given them all the text for. The project manager was unprofessional and did not know what he was doing. Tech support is nonexisting even though they promise 24/7 support. You never get anyone to help after being on hold for up to 45 mins. If you get someone on phone you are mysteriously cut off. They charged my credit card for things I did not order. I had to cancel credit card because of this. Now the website that I paid for has disappeared and I cannot get anyone on the phone to help. Stay away from this company. They will take your money and not produce.
