HobbKing/Hobbycity/UnitedHobbies/HextronicLimite/Koalahobby Hk based web co. changed paypal paylater option to instant payment, admiited then denied internet/Hong Kong, Internet

I have bought several thousand dollars worth of radio contolled airplane parts from HobbyKing, HobbyCity, United Hobbies, Hextronic Limited, and the numerous other names this company has used in the past few years. They are currently using at least 4 different names that I know of all at the same time. I was not aware of this until after I began to buy from them. Their parts were cheap had no quality control. If you get a defective part You have to ship it back to china at your expense and wait a long time for a replacement and the shipping usually costs more than the item so I always just threw away the parts figuring I was still saving money. Well, I bought items totaling nearly $200 dollars this time. Their checkout procedure offers a paypal 90 day "pay later" option and I chose that.  At no time during the sale did it ever state anything else. My order and payment confirmation both state "pay later 90 days" and they at first admitted it was a paylater transaction. A few days later I went to the bank to make a deposit and was told I was overdrawn. Hobbyking had submitted the transaction as an instant payment and I was charged overdraft fees. I had never been overdrawn in my life before this.

After many e-mails to Hong Kong, most of which were responded to by machine the company said "Yes it was supposed to to be a paylater sale", but refused to refund the money or do anything about it. I gave them one more chance to do the right thing but they ignored my e-mail. I filed a complaint with paypal (hereafter referred to as payenemy), I sent HobbyKing and payenemy all documentation including the representative's admission that it should not have been charged instantly but they sided with HobbyKing giving no reason to do so. After I filed a complaint with payenemy the rep. who admitted the mistake was never allowed to talk to me again. whether she was fired or not I don't know. they now refuse to acknowledge any problem and paypal considers the matter closed. I have ended my account with HobbyKing and as soon as I can I will close my payenemy account I will also have to cancel the credit card which "backs up" the bank  and payenemy account that I opened to use exclusively for payenemy and ebay because I don't dare allow them to have access to it after reporting their theft of my money. This is definitely a theft because they took my money 90 days ahead of time, violating a written contract and collecting the interest which belongs to Me. These two "companies" think they've won but this only the beginning of long war against an relentless opponent the likes of which they could never imagine. I will NEVER stop until I get justice. NEVER!!
