took 5 pictures in to get framed. i WAS a very frequent customer (fool) before. framing dept told me it would be over 3.5 weeks. i said "wow. why so long?" they told me they were REALLY backed up. i asked if that would be enough time. oh yes, we'll have it done for you. on the date they gave me, i went in to pick up my framed pictures. i was told they weren't done. HADN'T BEEN TOUCHED. i was a little upset. i asked for the original pics back. now, the story was he would have to take them out of the frames. Pretty Inconsistent Lies. i walked out. i wrote a letter to corporate via email stating that as a customer service Expert for over 30 years, if i told someone that their stuff would be done on "x" day, then it should be ready at 9 am when the doors open. one hour later , the store manager called. told me "well, they can be ready anytime on that day." actually, this was ONE HOUR after i left the store. all this transpired. and MIRACULOUSLY, the pictures were NOW done !!!!!!! FIVE of them !! WOW !! i hope they enjoy looking at them for 120 days.
