Hobbytron Couldn't talk to anyone had to us their online customer service we order 3 helicopters for christmas and never received them we where told by Fed Ex that it had been delivered when we replied to them they told us to contact Hobbytron so we did it took a week for them to responed and I haven't got my items yet internet Internet

Hobbytron gives people the run around about there purchases its been almost two months. I tried 20 times to call always get voice message did online customer service they said it was in the warehouse delayed because of christmas time was online today they told me it had already been delivered i've never received them I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM !!!!! Taking people money and do not follow through with there comment to their custmers They need to be investagated
