The place is cheap for a reason. The gravel ground and trailer spaces are full of nails. I had to replace a tire just after pulling into the place. Almost broke my ankle on the golf ball size gravel walking from my vehicle. The owner is a menace. Not only will he block you off the WIFI network after getting his rent, if you ask him about connection to WIFI, he will also tell you find another park if you dont like it there. He has tapped into the electric meter wires and spliced in electric wires from other utilizes. In other words you are paying for electricity that you dont even use. If you were to unplug the electric from your trailer the meter will still run very slowly. The water smells and tastes like its piped in from a cesspool. He screams by your trailer all day on his very loud riding mower and throws rocks at your trailer when he thinks nobodys watching and looks for other ways to make your stay an unpleasant one.
