They waste your time, take your money, never call you back and then hang up on you when you try to talk to them. Very unprofessional and run the othe THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We agreed to listen to a presentation and we would receive a package for a 3 night stay in Napa Valley. Yes, we fell for it. We sent in $25 to book trip about 5 months ago. Gave them our dates plus a second date.

Now, we wait, and wait, and wait. We call, and call, and call. No one returns our phone calls, no one assists us. They tell that we need to be patient and wait. So we wait and wait, call and no call back.

Finally, our date is 2 weeks out and we call and insist to get information and they tell us that we cannot have that date it is booked and our second date is booked as well. Guess what? We have to start all over again. When we tried to talk to Ana, a staff member at Holiday Travel of America. She is so rude, we decide to go to the General Manager, who we call and no response, we call again, no response. Finally we call and she answers and promptly tells us too bad, we are booked.

When we ask for a refund, it will take a "few" months to receive and she promptly hangs up the phone and terminates the call.

Not only are they rude and unprofessional they are crooks who probably have no intention of returning our money.
