On August 22nd my neighbor who is a senior citizen and legally blind and handicapped, had a friend check the phone book for TV repair service. Holiday TV & Electronics were called and came by the next day August 23rd, 2011. He said he had to get a part but needed $456.65 up front to buy the part. He himself wrote her check and she signed it.

A few days later he came with the part,after being here about 30 minutes, he put the back of the TV back on and said he needed to call the manufacturer, it wasn't what was wrong with the TV.

We waited few days and then got a call to say he had to order a new part and had it fed ex-exed but wouldn't charge for the fed-ed. My neighbor paniced  because she had told him she couldn't spend any more than the $456.65. She is on a fixed income. She called him and he didn't answer the phone so she left a message and asked him to call her back, and told him she could not afford anymore money.

He didn't return any of her 3 calls, so I called the BBB and his rating was an F. Then I found this site and discovered these 10 reports dated from 2007 to 2011, where he has taken everyone's money up front but has fixed no one's TV.

We called the police and the police called him and left him a message as he didn't answer the phone.

We then called the fraud department at her bank and reported him. We then took the reports to the bank and they read the reports and had my neighbor change her checking account and advised her to go to the State Attorney's office and report this guy. He is a scammer, taking people's money and not doing the repairs!

This man has to be stopped, we are going to the State Attorney's office and see to it that this man can no longer conduct the business of scamming the elderly and others.
