Hollywood Color Contacts Hung up on 5 times they sent wrong items and then stated no refunds!!! Internet

I purchased blue color contacts. After the order, I seen they had a different blue for dark eyes. On the page when it confirms your order, it states to either contact by email or by phone. I sent an email not even 5 minutes of the purchase requesting to change the blue contacts. I received the contacts and on the label, it has nothing to distinguish the type of blue it is. So, I tried it on and no color to my brown eyes.

I call and speak with a guy and tell him my issue that I want a refund and then he states no, but what he will do is reduce the shipping cost but I have to purchase more contacts. I asked how is that so, since i emailed you within a timely manner to correct the order before shipping and he informed me that email response is from 1-2 weeks!!!

I stated it was unexceptable and I want what I ordered or a full refund. He refused and hung up on me not once, not twice, not thrwice but 5 TIMES!!! I should have known something was up with a company having an email addy of yahoo.com... it is bootlegged!!

 I am in a disputing process with paypal (they failed it b/c it was of their actual product but not the package... dont really understand that), but I am disputing it with my card and they will take care of what this cheating company has done.

If you are thinking about purchasing from this company, think twice for you are literally throwing your money away by doing business with them if something was to go wrong. I wish I just would have purchased from another site that cost more with good customer service skills... but oh no, I had to go cheap and deal with this worthless cheating company... but lesson learn, NEVER AGAIN!!
