He made several attempts to reach NCS, to no avail, the line was constantly busy. After faxing them and asking them to call, he was able to speak with a CSR, a very rude one, at that, she offered no real information, other than what the letter stated. We asked for proof of the mysterious, unreturned video and was told they didn't have to provide anything, but he could provide proof that he returned the video, at this point, it becomes comical. Because she was being so rude, we ended the call. Two days later, he called back, to discuss this matter and was told, by the CSR, they couldn't discuss it because the Attorney General was doing an invesigation. He asked if all of the (NCS) accounts were being invesigated and the rep said just the Hollywood Video ones.
Hollywood Video is filing false claims against innocent people, the numerous complaints filed here, screams that.

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL

For starters don't call them. You need an audit trial in writing from these crooks. I would file
a complaint with your state attorney general. Tape their calls they initiate. Provide any letters
that you sent them in your compaint.
File a complaint with Federal Trade commission FTC.gov
good luck in winning against these crooks
