This situation started by receiving my billing statement from my Fingerhut account were it has on the payment envelope "Find Out Which Ring Is Yours Free! (All you pay is $6.99 shipping and handling plus applicable taxes for each ring.) It Could Be One Or Both Rings! Lift bow and guess what it's both rings FREE.
Holsted Jewelers does not take cash,check,money orders. But, it attaches the billing to your Fingerhut MetaBank Credit Card Account. I waited for the rings to come on the mail and I did not receive but when I received my bill for my Fingerhut account there was charges for not just the shipping and handling for the rings but also for $49.99 for a so-called another new piece of jewelery that was not received, along with the first 2 rings I never received but also billed for! When you try to contact Holsted Jewelers they give you the run around because at that point I stated I did not want anymore earlier sent to my home or anything else being billed to my Fingerhut account from your Company, EVER!!
Still to this date it's been a month or a bit longer and I haven't received any of the products (rings at the beginning) or other jewelry products that have been billed and still have not received a refund off my bill statement. I stated to the supervisor and said it's illegal to charge my account without my authorization to do so and charging me for products not ordered or received and she hung up.
So, I will contact the Attorney Generals Office and the Mat Bank to see if I can stop this Holsted Jewelers Company from billing my account because now it effect my credit limit when I would like to use my Fingerhut account to purchase gifts for Christmas.
